This course addresses the use of technology and the adoption of innovative approaches and methods in the Built Environment industry, highlighting the trends and best practices. The course also describes how Project Managers can use technology as assets to manage Built Environment projects more effectively and efficiently and ensure their competitive advantage.
Through eight comprehensive sections, students explore the foundations of innovation culture and its practical applications in construction. The curriculum covers essential topics from establishing innovative project cultures and implementing agile construction management to managing technology risks and emerging trends. Students learn to apply design thinking frameworks, leverage integrated technology platforms, and develop technology implementation strategies.
