Determining Solution Requirements

(The workshop formerly known as “Creating Functional Requirements”)

Have you ever found yourself in a project where different sides were not “speaking the same language?” It’s a very real problem and the cause of many project woes or even failures – and expensive ones at that!

This workshop bridges the very real communication gap between the business and the project team. It’s designed to help you make the crucial transition from Business Requirements to detailed Solution Requirements, ensuring all team members become true assets of the Development Team.

Participants will learn various analysis methods, including Use Cases, Object-Oriented and Structured Analysis concepts. The course teaches how to best use these methods to facilitate communication among all project stakeholders. By encouraging a mix of technical and non-technical personnel, this workshop fosters a shared language and understanding across the entire project team.

This course awards 16 PMI-approved Contact Hours/PDUs and 14 IIBA-approved CDUs, depending on the version taught. To receive a detailed course description, learning objectives, and PMI credit information, please complete the Request Form below.
