Determining Business Requirements in Projects with varying degrees of uncertainty

We all want a project delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. But the real measure of success is whether it delivered the solution and value the customer actually needed.

This workshop is relevant to anyone involved in both traditional/predictive and agile/adaptive projects, including project managers, business analysts, clients, users, product owners, team leaders, business representatives, developers, and project team members. Participants learn to collaborate to determine actual needs, regardless of the project’s uncertainty level. For projects with low uncertainty, traditional methodologies (predictive/ “waterfall”) are taught and practiced. For projects with higher uncertainty, agile methodologies (adaptive) are covered. Many organizations now use hybrid methodologies, tailoring their approach to the specific context. Regardless of the methodology, the goal is to build the right thing the first time!
