Project Leadership

Great individual contributors don’t always make great project managers – but that’s not their fault. This workshop bridges the gap between technical expertise and effective project leadership, equipping high performers with the tools they need to excel in project management roles.

Leading a project team is a whole different ballgame compared to managing a fixed team. We’ll tackle the unique challenges of project leadership head-on, from motivating team members who don’t report to you directly, to aligning conflicting priorities across departments. You will master the art of leading without formal authority.
