The Project Management Institute (PMI®) predicts that AI will automate 80% of repetitive project tasks in the coming years while – at the same time - creating an urgent need for Project Managers and Teams with the knowledge, skills, and vision to properly direct these AI systems (what’s that old saying about “a fool with a tool…?”)
This hands on, practical workshop was created for project managers and teams seeking to get ahead of the AI productivity curve and position themselves to fulfill that need! It is led by an experienced Project Manager and pioneering AI strategist, who has successfully transitioned EPMO teams into AI-driven workflows in multiple industries, settings, and levels of maturity.
The workshop follows and reinforces the PMI® related knowledge areas and awards 4 or 8 PDUs or “Contact hours” (depending on the version taught) to participants applying for or maintaining their PMI®-PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
Instructional methods for this workshop include demonstration, hands-on learning, and practical applications, as well as - time permitting - discussion of ongoing work-related issues and challenges.
